Stunning location of the hotel, short walk to well kept gardens which overlook Cromarty Firth, a Michelin Star restaurant, and beautiful surroundings. Delightful breakfast - 5 star level.

The room was huge and exceptionally clean, I had really comfortable experience.

The location was marvellous, for example, Cromarty Museum was not very far from the hotel. What's more, it was close enough to the bay as well as beautiful surroundings. Lots of meals for breakfast, it was delicious👍

The homemade shortbread was good, but I missed having veggie options for breakfast.

The homemade jams at breakfast were a good treat!

Elegant room, luxurious bathroom, with a modern step-in shower providing a refreshing experience after a day of exploring the nearby high street, all while enjoying the fabulous breakfast that left us thoroughly satisfied.

Everything was just perfect.

We loved exploring the beautiful coastal paths with the kids, enjoying amazing views and spotting wildlife. Fiona was the perfect host, we had everything we needed, from delicious breakfasts to cozy evenings in the lovely garden with a cold beer!

Staying at factor's house bed & breakfast was wonderful. The superior double room was cozy and well-appointed. We loved the garden area with chairs to enjoy drinks. The breakfast was a real highlight, with local produce and delicious options. Location is perfect for exploring local pottery and whiskey spots.

Great hotel with free Wi-Fi, delicious breakfast, and helpful staff. They warmly assisted my elderly parents during our first stay. Don't forget to try the handmade soap! I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

I enjoyed my stay with a beautifully decorated room and a fantastic three-course dinner. Wi-Fi connectivity was sometimes inconsistent and I would have appreciated more vegetarian breakfast options. Still, the cute host was great.

The beautifully decorated room featured local artwork and was a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The dinner included fresh seafood caught that day, and the host, fiona, were pretty good too ensure we felt at home.

Our room was super comfy with tons of homemade soaps n fresh fruit. Fiona was a fantastic host, always friendly and super helpful with local tips for exploring the area. Breakfast was delish, especially the scrambled eggs and salmon! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the village but feels super private.

The only downer was that we couldn't stay longer and missed dinner since we arrived late. The wifi was a bit spotty at times.
